Week 4 run 3 this morning, my run is not fast and my fitness tracker still says I'm walking but I must say I'm enjoying it.

Week 5 on Friday (scares me a bit)

Embrace the 🐌 - I run slowly and it is a way to enjoy it. You’ll be ready for the 20 minutes when you get to it. All of us worried and we all made it - mostly by slowing down!!
