Slow is good it will get you to the end of each run 😊
Embrace the 🐌 - I run slowly and it is a way to enjoy it. You’ll be ready for the 20 minutes when you get to it. All of us worried and we all made it - mostly by slowing down!!
Scared me too but after I'd done it, I felt epic. Trust the programme, you'll be ready.👍👍👍👍
