First run done today! Wow it was difficult when I got to the 5th run but I felt much better for doing it and looking foreword to getting stuck in. I was wondering when people started to see/feel a difference from the programme?

Within a couple of weeks I certainly could feel the difference with my fitness. My lung capacity improved a lot and has continued to get better still. (I’m mid 50’s!) I hadn’t told any friends I was doing this running malarkey and at the end of wk 8, a friend commented that I was looking trimmer. I accepted the compliment but still didn’t mention the running! Happy running.

Thanks so much for getting back to me! I was a bit self conscious about going out running but as soon as I got into the swing of it i loved it. Looking forward to my next run already

Well, the first thing I felt was amazement that I could actually run for measured lengths of time. 😄 But by about W4, I also began to notice a slightly trimmer shape and better toning here & there. I also didn’t tell anyone what I was up to, and got some spontaneous comments of the “You’re looking well” variety! The main thing I like is how much better I feel. 👍🏃🏼‍♀️💕
