I have done it and what a beautiful morning for the run. Cheers to everyone and to more runs. I think 5k runs will be my limit and I not a natural runner may be try to pick up my pac as I am a real plodder, but really if I can carry on the same as these last 3 runs I will be happy.

Congratulations on completing c25k 😊😊👏👏
Fabulous work. Going out running 3 times a week for 30 minutes brings so many health benefits and we never regret going out for a run do we.
I’m also a plodder but going faster than everyone sitting on the couch 👊🏃♀️🏃♂️💪
Congratulations Hawkins 153 on graduating from C25K, well done, like you I am keeping to running the 5K distance, I graduated last June. Now I will tell you how to get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username. 😊 🏃 🎓, to do that leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊
Congratulations on a brilliant achievement! There’s no shame in being a slow runner. I’ve been adding duration to one run per week, tomorrow going to aim for 50 minutes (but then consolidate on that for quite a while), I could only do this (3 months from graduation) because I run so slowly. I follow the Japanese slow jogging movement style (there’s a short film on youtube). But that’s helped me turn the only way I could run - slowly - into a great running technique.
Happy consolidation running too!💪💪👏👏🏅🏆🎉
Will have a look at that thanks
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
