bleah, so many negatives today, woke up tired, got up a bit later so didn't go out until 7am, couldn't find sports bra so my bumpers were jostling with my tummy, reversed my route so the 8 minute run was up a hill and ended up walking for a bit - well when I say "hill" it was more like a big slope.
But got through it and actually increased my speed for the final 5 minute run.
hey ho, as my lovely son said, "it's only one run, mum, there's always next time".
