So after having 2 weeks off following a fibro flare where I have done little bar pop pain killers and sleep I finally got round to week 9 2un 2. I did contemplate going back a few weeks but temptation got the better of me and I thought...just go for it and see what happens!

Has new equipment and i used to run at 5.8 on the old machines.....well turns out that was kph and the new machines are mph so I almost had an embarrassing start there. But any who. .I did it! And did my best distance yet so although I'm not doing 5km I am improving. No doubt I will be in pain tomorrow but so help me I'll be back in that gym Wednesday for my graduation run!!!
