Wow it’s been a while since I’ve been on here! And I only post because I know you guys can relate...no one else seems to care 🤣

I started C25K 7 months ago & managed to get to wk 7 run 1...I gave up after that for no reason at all and I missed running every single day!

So 8 weeks ago I started up again and run 1 wk8 happened today which I’m immensely proud of!

Running changed & continues to change my life 💪🏼 Bring on graduating

Excellent work keep it up. Also I don't think people don't care , what I've found is that if your not a runner it's not interesting where as on here we are interested as we are all in the same boat good luck 😊
