Personally, I believe that you are better off doing C25K by yourself, with just the thousands on this forum as your running mates.
That way there will be no compromise on pace, nobody will let you down by being unavailable and you will have the flexibility of running when it suits you.........oh, and we will cheer you to the finish line.
