First Park Run

Have been keeping up the running since graduating - managing 3 x per week most weeks even if some of them are just a quick 30 mins. I haven’t worried too much about time or distance - sticking to the mantra that the goal is to run for 30 minutes 3 x per week. But today decided to challenge myself and do my local park run. I was as slow as a 🐌 but plodded my way around without one stop or walk. I really enjoyed it and think I will do it as my regular long run.

Fantastic. Well done on running it all too. That’s great and now you have a PB time to go back and try to beat next week.

Parkrun is addictive, I did my 34th today. I love it.

2nd Park Run this weekend. And knocked 2 minutes off. It is so fantastic as you know you can walk or stop if you feel pooped but also supported as you slog. I am hooked !
