I keep plowing through these runs.
My calves / shins are starting to hurt less and less and I get further in.
Im feeling great.
Today went well. I was feeling great. Around halfway I noticed that my heart rate was higher than normal - I think this was because it was hot and humid here today.
For the last five minutes or the run I was able to push a bit harder, and honestly, it felt amazing.
After the run, I think I had a first... I was actually able to maintain a BRISK pace for the cool down walk!
I may have a problem though - this seems to be becoming addictive at a rate of knots.
Now all I need is to lose some weight to make it easier.
