My third run of wk1 is planned for tomorrow(that's something I never thought I'd be saying) and maybe a little premature, but am planning for next week. With 3 runs a week there is always a double day off. Has anyone any advice on were that is best placed? Should it be between R1 & R2, R2 & R3 or between the change over of weeks? Or is better just to take the one day off and bring the next week forward?
