Having had a break of two weeks for various reasons, I am now ready to resume the programme.
I am in the middle of week 7. Should I pick up where I left off or go back a week or two and re-run?

Head out... take it steady and slow and see how you feel...your body will give you the advice you need... Unless you were ill, then you should be fine if you take it gently
If you take it nice and slow you should be fine. It’s your name - you can do it man!
