Wk8 run 2

I've been following this plan all on the treadmill ( I live in a very hilly area, and didn't want to get disheartened if I couldn't do it). The last couple of runs I've been feeling good and a good song was playing so I managed to carry on for 30 mins. So heading into weeI 9 and 30 mins each run I'm feeling confident I can do it.

I'm severely overweight, never run before so my pace is probably not what some of you think is quick, but its definitely a jog for me (6.5kph) which I keep for the whole run.

My question is, when I graduate, shall I stick to the pace I'm doing and try to go further, or would it be better to up my pace but for the same time?
