Completed W5 R2 on a lovely morning. Looked up Japanese jogging and followed the tips. Slow and upright (I realised I had been leaning forward quite a lot). Did go super slow, but wanted to pace myself for the 2 x 8 min runs. Felt surprisingly good at the end, and felt I could have done abit more. But no, stick to the programme.
3 hours later I am aching abit, but feeling confident about the next one ( I think!)'
Have a good session everyone!

Congrats once more, i seem to be 48 hours ahead of you.
Completed W5 R3 today - as you say slowly does it. Was fine for 18 minutes then the 2 minute warning got me breathless.
If ever there was a case of mind ruling body this was it, if i had not had the verbal warning i think i would have got to 20 min without ending up panting!
This was the hurdle for me, now complete i’m full of confidence i shall graduate.
I also completed this run today, and felt so good after, yes slowly is definitely the way to go, I must look up Japanese jogging. Good luck for run 3!!!
