Fabulous evening - finished by running towards the setting sun. Tried to keep up a good pace (ego driven again!) and perhaps “over-cooked” it rather than slowing down a little. Took ages to recover afterwards but still I did it. Still it reminded me of earlier runs !!! So, one to go and All’s well . Life’s Good.
