Pleased to have pushed myself yesterday into Wk 2. Took a couple of days from last run as have Rheumatoid Arthritis in hands, shoulders ankles and toes and you get chronic fatigue with it too so it's a learning curve for me this time round balancing runs with my body. Knew If I didn't go yesterday I'd start feeling disheartened so got my kit on and felt much better for doing it. Need to start stretching though afterwards as not been doing that. Onwards and onwards. 😊

You are so doing the right thing by listening to what your body needs. It is better to finish wanting more and ready for the next session that to be totally worn out. One of the things the program is good for is giving us the time to learn these little lessons that will help with our running life later. Look after yourself. Rfc x
