Just completed W3R3 and feel great! I was worried as I’d strained my Achilles’ tendon on R2 this week so did a bit of research about warm ups, did some additional stretches and it’s really helped! When it was time to slow down for my last warm down walk I was really in the zone and carried in for a bit longer... happy Sunday running!

Well done, but don't get carried away.

Sticking to the plan is the best way to avoid injury......especially if you have already had a warning from your Achilles.

Take care and listen to your body.
