I went for my 2nd consolidation run outside today. I was determind to complete 5k thinking it would probably take me 37 mins. Bur, despite the wind and the rain ... I did it and it only took me 35 mins!

Super happy - just celebrated with a gin liquer - pomegranate and rose. Lovelyjubbly x
