I'm beginning to feel like I'm making a bit of progress. The three minutes that seemed to take forever a few days ago, now didn't seem so bad. It will just be nice when that wind slows down a bit!

Not sure why the word Graduate is next to your username RuthMargaret as you are only at week 3 run 2, are you Rerunning C25K?.
I am on my second time around after an injury 😣
Quite honestly it's just like starting all over again!
Thanks for your reply RuthMargaret , sorry about your injury.
On my "runiversary" I'll be rerunning some of C25K, I have not been running much recently , however, during some of the many long walks I do, I sometimes run a little, usually it's the week 1 or 2 runs of C25K just to check out my legs, I don't intend to completely repeat the course but will probably resume with week 3 on the same days as I did C25K last year, run 1 of week 3 on a Monday, week 4 on a Wednesday, week 5 on a Saturday and so on, I'll take all those runs slowly and see how it goes. Good luck to you for rerunning C25K. 😊
Thanks. I found that my confidence just took a huge knock, and having started again from scratch I don't feel anxious - which I had when I thought about going out again under my own steam.
The programme is just a really solid starting block, and I feel I might start doing something else in between runs too. It's all good now!

Excellent, that's encouraging! I will do W3R1 today and will have that as my carrot.
