Brilliant App... thank you

I just want to say how brilliant this App has been for me. I was always pretty fit and did lots of classes to keep fit. In the last 2 years I stopped exercising and put on about 15kg. I was always finding an excuse not to do any exercise. But I’m now about to complete my final run and during the past 9 weeks have managed to lose 9kg. That’s just by following the running programme and watching what I eat. I feel so so so much better and now can’t stop running! And the app was recommended to me by a work colleague. I’ve recommended it to many others. Thanks so much. Absolutely brilliant. One piece of advice to make it even better is to record different chat for each and every run so the coaching chat is not repeated. Then it’s a 10/10 or 5* from me for Couch to 5K.

Glad you have enjoyed the programme and well done on your progress😀

If you think about it week 5 and week 6 are all different runs and commentaries already. Weeks 7, 8, 9 are very miniimal commentary.... you are on to the longer runs.

I still use the early runs for interval runs....run/run fast. Personally I havnt found the consistent commentary a problem but others may have done so.
