My face says it all, after repeating week 6, 4 times I’ve finally managed to run for 25 minutes none stop :)... I’m so bloody proud of myself, the first thing I did was ring my boyfriend, then my mum then my sister.
Really I should have come on here first, in my last post I asked for tips on how to do it, and I honestly thought of all of them on my way round... don’t go to fast, start slower, think positive... I even sped up at the end. Thanks so much for being the strangers that believe in me.
I think I should get extra kudos for the fact I got stung on my arm by a wasp 10 minutes in and I didn’t even let that stop me. It’s so bloody sore but I don’t even care.
Did I mention?!....This fatty just ran for 25 minutes without stopping!!!

Now crack on - NOTHING else in the program now should faze you. You've jumped over all the big hurdles... from here on in, it's just straightforward running!
That's fantastic news HattieCooke , not that we ever doubted you!
You have every right to be proud of yourself. Your determination is absolutely inspirational - I think I'd have given up if I'd had to do what you've done.
All you have to do now is add on a teeny bit more each time and you'll be a C25K graduate before you know it. Happy running!
