Wk2, R3 - done!

Oh my days! Just finished wk 2 and feel great! Still surprised that I'm enjoying running and actually looking forward to wk9!!! I wish I found this app sooner. However I need some tips on breathing. I'm trying to listen and do what the trainer says but can't seem to get it right- I seem to be huffing and puffin in short burst. As I'm running by myself, I'm not speaking to anyone to see if I'm running at a comfortable place. Also I'm not dead after each run (lol) , is this ok or do I need to pick the pace up? So grateful for any advice.

Speak to yourself......out loud.......that is the surest way to make sure your pace is correct, as explained in the guide to the plan.

Well done.
