Week 5 R3 - loving it!

Hello hello! Just wanted to share that I completed week 5 run 3 on a treadmill (due to the terrible weather outside). I hated running on a treadmill in the past, turns out I was too fast. I had successfully completed c25k about 10 years ago, and loved running. But then life got in the way and I forgot how to run and how good it was.

I started couch to 5k in Feb, and I am so grateful for having found this forum. All the advice in this forum has kept me going every day, and I have slowly started to find my love for running again. I am glad I have come across such a supportive and encouraging forum. Thanks again :-)

Congratulations on running on the treadmill, dreadmill for us here on C25K, run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃, hopefully that will be outside and not on the dreadmill.

Thanks AlMorr. Ha ha! Dreadmill ... Quite funny. Yeah, it was definitely harder than running outside. The weather is looking better today, so hopefully it will stay this way for tomorrow.

I'll keep your advice in mind for the next run. I have been obsessively reading all week 6 posts and realize it might be harder than w5r3.
