Repeating runs - after 2 weeks off

Unfortunately, I didnt manage my goal run in Central Park, due to very icy and wintery conditions. So clocked up 45 miles walking instead.

To get back on track on my return to UK, I repeated W5R2 on Thursday 14th March and W5R3 planned for tmrw. It will be my first outdoor run too, so hoping it goes well. Any tips from switching from treadmill to outdoors would be appreciated!

Hope to graduate soon, just my journey will be a little longer than first intended.

My tip would be don't make your first outdoors run W5R3!

There will be a transition period and you would be better off repeating one of the darker runs or you may be disappointed..........then again you may confound us all and do it.

Good idea, any suggestion which run would be good for first outdoors on? (Not sure what you meant by darker runs)
