Repeating Runs

So me and the 3 kids have just finished W3R3 and the 9&11 year old were struggling quite a bit at each run in W3. As it’s just for us to get fit together, as a family, we have decided to repeat a couple of W3’s runs until they’re confident. Really loving the time together and me motivating them, motivates me 😆

Aww that's brilliant! Are they enjoying it? Iv thought about this with my 2, but 1 is only 5yr old. So prob wont enjoy it as much as my 9yr old!

Good on you for getting everyone out and active!! Family time is the best time 💪❤😊

They really do enjoy it. Wish we’d started it earlier as it’s the 9 year old that keeps reminding us it our run day 😂. You might be surprised at the 5 year old, you should try bribes 😝. I’ve entered mine into the 1.5k movember virtual run. They have already got the T-shirts and will get a medal when they complete it xxx

Well done.

As with anyone who is struggling with a run, just slow down so you (they) can speak clearly as they run, as described in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
