Week 1 r3 scheduled for today. Weather is totally pants and my little boy is poorly. Debating - do I dust off my rower and use the programme as interval training or do I get a sitter and run anyway? Don’t like leaving my kids when they’re poorly. Only a sniffle and a sore throat but he’s such a mummy’s boy bless him! (Plus hes had magic calpol. Currently bouncing around been Spider-Man. This is the kid I’ve just had to leave work to pick up because he’s so poorly!!) The other option is put it off until tomorrow and hope he’s better so I can go while he’s at childminders but I’m so good at putting stuff off. I want to stick to this and see it through to the end. Is it wise to do rower today and still plan a run for tomorrow or am I setting myself up for an epic fail given how unfit I am!! Blumming kids - who’d have ‘em! Lol 😂
