Thought I’d try running to podcasts I usually walk too. Slowed me down a little and you miss bits but my running music was getting repetitive. Esther Ranzten saw me home ! 😂

I listen to 80's and 90's dance music, in particular 90's I used to run too years ago. I get a bit fed up so will swap with 'Transnation' and 'Luminiosity Beach Festival 2018' of which I attended. So I just swap things around. I also listen to it before I go out whilst I'm getting ready to 'gee' me up lol. Have you tried downloading Soundcloud? Loads of free music there with playlists set up already for running etc. Good luck

I listen to podcasts instead of music sometimes. What I do is I look at what run/walk splits I need to do and then I do them without Coach Laura/the app. Once I’ve finished I then go back to the run and fast forward the audio bits until the end to record that I’ve completed the run on the app ☺️
