Very large lady -update.

I completed week 3 last week which I am chuffed to bits about. Slightly nervous but excited to start week 4 tomorrow.

They say it’s the little things that matter and over the last 3 weeks I have done a little more exercise, eaten a little better and drank a little more water. I have lost 6kg and feel a whole lot better.

I don’t post often but read others posts and visit the furum a couple of times a day. This group is amazing and so supportive I think it has helped me to become a little addicted to this running malarkey.

Good luck to everyone starting new weeks. We can do this.

Very well done. Yes this running is addictive. I started c25k last year when I was just under 19st. I had started SlimmingWorld and wanted that extra bit of motivation. I was to worried thinking what people would be thinking if they had seen me running. But in the end I realised that what ever they thought I was doing it for ME and I couldn’t careless. I’m now just inder 15st I did get down to 13.13st but let’s just say Xmas was a good eating time 😂 I’m back on it now and set my goal of cutting the weight again. Oh yes I’m still running a little longer now but it’s taken it time. If I look back at this time last year I would never of imagined I could run for 30 min let alone over a hour. So just dig in deep and and stick to it and remember your doing it for you and no one else
