Week 2 completed πππ and.......lost the big coat and jeans. Felt very liberating to run in jogging bottoms and hoodie. Still ran at 6am so nobody saw though π
Very large lady-update: Week 2 completed... - Couch to 5K
Very large lady-update
Brilliant, well done Twinkle! Keep going you are doing great!
Congratulations Twinkle2 on completing weeks 1 and 2 of C25K, there is really no need to run so early just because no person will see you, in fact, if they do see you they will be jealous as they cannot run as you can. Onwards and upwards to week 3.
Well done you, thats great! Keep it up!
Thatβs great! Keep up the good work π
Brilliant - well done! Stick at it - you are doing an amazing thing for your health and wellbeing. Let nothing stand in your way! Youβll be stunned by what you can achieve and youβll be an inspiration to many. And you have the support of this wonderful forum.
Well done for getting out there. I'm (still) significantly overweight and felt extremely self-conscious when I started run. Even just going in the shop to buy jogging bottoms was a trauma. But genuinely people are so encouraging and really don't take much notice.
Good for you ! Iβm still no great runner, but C25k has done wonders for my confidence and self respect: glad youβre finding that too x
Yay Twinkle2, thatβs brilliantπππ
You absolute star π
Great for completing wk2 and you even sound a bit more confident in yourself , brilliant good luck for wk3
Wow !!!! Well done you for your bravery in shedding the coat ππ». Not belong before your in the brightest Lycra you can find .... itβs a Runners thing πππ. Good luck for week 3 ππΌββοΈππΌββοΈππ
That sounds positive! You were almost naked in my mind, I do mine Indoors in a treadmill in my bra with the curtains drawn, so you are definitely doing better than me and you are a run ahead of me! Go you ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ
