Week 2 completed πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ and.......lost the big coat and jeans. Felt very liberating to run in jogging bottoms and hoodie. Still ran at 6am so nobody saw though πŸ˜‚

Congratulations Twinkle2 on completing weeks 1 and 2 of C25K, there is really no need to run so early just because no person will see you, in fact, if they do see you they will be jealous as they cannot run as you can. Onwards and upwards to week 3.

Well done for getting out there. I'm (still) significantly overweight and felt extremely self-conscious when I started run. Even just going in the shop to buy jogging bottoms was a trauma. But genuinely people are so encouraging and really don't take much notice. :)

Good for you ! I’m still no great runner, but C25k has done wonders for my confidence and self respect: glad you’re finding that too x

That sounds positive! You were almost naked in my mind, I do mine Indoors in a treadmill in my bra with the curtains drawn, so you are definitely doing better than me and you are a run ahead of me! Go you πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ
