So woke up already defeated in my head on week 5 run 3. The weather was awful so decided I'd do some home yoga and run tomorrow instead. Even though tomorrows weather wise is just as bad. Anyway long story short the sun can out and I motivated myself to do the run and stop making excuses and see how it goes. Happy to say I smashed my 20 minutes run and felt amazing after. Never in a million years did I think I could do it. Thank u for all the encouragement. It rly helped

Congratulations Sopheve on your achievement in running week 5 run 3, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks ๐ถ and runs ๐

Well done on turning out. Itโs never as bad as we fear If it turns out freakishly bad or dangerous you can head home but itโs rare that happens here in the U.K. bet you feel epic now ๐๐ช๐
