So I’ve just completed session 3 of Week 3 but I didn’t manage to run for the entire 3 mins .... I think I did 2.5mins .... do I need to do week 3 again until I can do the full 3 min running?

If you don't finish a run you shouldn't move on to the next one so repeat runs that you didn't finish then move on and slow down this will help you finish good luck 😊

I would! That way you know you're ready for week 4 😊

Many of us have to repeat the odd run, but every run we do makes us stronger 🏃‍♀️

If you read the guide to the plan it explains that if you don't fully complete a workout, then you need to repeat it.....not the whole week.
