Graduated! Now what....

Its my first post, but I have loved reading other peoples over the last couple of months and I am sooooo chuffed that I have graduated!

I think I read somewhere that I have to do something to get 'graduate' by my name, but not sure what - can anyone help?

My biggest delight is that three of my friends have signed up to C5K after seeing my progress. I hope they enjoy it as much as I have.

I'm off to find out about 'the bridge' - I'm sure I read about it somewhere...

Congratulations MiddleP on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating 🎓. To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

That is very good that your friends are going to start C25K, tell them, unlike you to report back during the 9 weeks to this forum.

Well done MiddleP ...time to start enjoying your new found ability and consolidating your runs....try running for pleasure for a few weeks before you embark on another challenge, just to take the pressure off? Amazing achievement....and an inspiration to your friends and many other people xx
