W3R1 Repeat

I finally got through W3R1 after many false starts and injuries. Feels like I have stopped and started forever but for once I felt really good about a run.

I did make the mistake of looking forward at the next few weeks and dreading week 5 already.

You did make a mistake on looking at week 5 run 3, nothing to be scared of Lzadi, trust the program, keep ridgidly to it, have at least one day off between runs and you should be fine by the time you get to run 3 of week 5. Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3

I start W3 in two days, having just finished W2 today... hope that it goes well for me and feeling very tired after this week of training! Keep going with your W3 runs and chin up!
