Finally after weeks of being in pain with my knee, I managed to start again W1r1. Ran it ok on the treadmill. No pain. Hopefully I can get past w2r2 which is when I did my knee in.

That’s good no pain 👍! Hopefully you’ll be able to get into the programme properly now 🙂! Are u using any support on your knees? Mine have been fine since I did!

Another member recommended the Neo-G elasticated knee support from Superdrug, £12.99 I think it was. Definitely works for me, worth a try even if just to give you the confidence to stride out!

Ran w2r1 last night. This is when I did my knee in last time. Managed it. Bring on w2r2 tomorrow, cant wait
