W9R1 and it goes to show that not everything is as it first seems
to be
Felt lethargic, sluggish, and soon after setting off on the run phase I had the feeling that it was one of those "just finish the session" days
as it all felt 'off'.
However, ran further than ever before, set a new fastest average pace, and equalled my fastest single Km time.
So, no matter how you may feel, have faith, keep going, and you may actually be better off than you think
