First run last night, all quite easy. Tried this 2 years ago and got shin splints at the end if week 2. Now 3 stone lighter so hopefully it will be a better outcome.

Good luck to you The-Mole on restarting C25K, just take all the runs slowly and hopefully you won't get the shin splints you got the first time, also, you say that you are 3 stone lighter, that should help you as well. 😊 🏃
