Well done you! There’s masses of support on this forum and loads of people at the same point on the programme- enjoy yourself!

Wow wish I could get that motivated that early... I’m usually trying to resurrect the kids for school about then

My youngest daughter is 16 and the only one of 3 left at home. So this makes it easy for me to get up and go. I live right next to beautiful big park, where lots of people take advantage of the open space to run, walk and take their dogs and children out. I was doing Bootcamp at this park but have now found something that I equally enjoy and its free.

I’m sure, like me, you feel great once you have done your run and it’s also you time and your space. Keep it going- it’s going to get easier 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♂️

I’m at the beginning end of the journey. I started couch to 5k in an attempt to step out of my anxious bubble and talk to people. I though a common goal would make conversation easier. Motivation Time and my fluctuating mind don’t always line up
