W4R3... again doh!

And guess who forgot to save this run on Wednesday? I've just done it again and for the first time I ran with music. Wow! what a difference. It seemed to take up the mental space I was using to count the seconds to the end of each run segment!! I also had a shorter walk down so I'm getting stronger and faster (Ok, if only marginally). Going out for breakfast now as a treat/ reward 😉

You can always start the app before you sit down for breakfast and by the time you finish you have another run under your belt.........no need to actually, physically repeat it........but it won't do any harm.

To be fair I did think about letting the app run itself but doing it again was the right option from the running aspect too.
