I've just graduated a week ago and wondered if anyone knows of an app I could use on my runs that would allow me to input what times I want then get reminders as I run.
I've really found it useful getting the wee comments every 5 mins on week 9 so I could pace myself and make sure I completed the run, but I'd like to increase slightly so I'm running 33 mins for the next couple of weeks then up to 35 mins. I don't wear a watch so the app is the only way I know how long I've been running for. Does anyone know of an app like this? Thanks.
