App to use after graduation

I’m on W7 but just thinking ahead. What’s the best App to use to get to 10K after this?

I know I’ll achieve this easier having the coaching as I go along. Is there another App that goes hand in hand with C25K?

There is no NHS app to follow on but when you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.

Whether on Android or Apple, search your app store for 'Bridge to 10K' or '5k to 10k' and variations of those.

Hi wendymirage, I use the Nike Run Club App, it’s free and has a nice selection of coached runs of varying times and distances that you can choose from. You can listen to your own playlist and you have the help and encouragement of Coach Bennett to get you through. 👍
