Me too! I haven’t much enjoyed W7 so am feeling a bit nervous about starting W8. Not sure why I’m struggling now. Up to W7 I was fine.
I was ok with the first two runs of the week, but today felt like I was running in quick sand, maybe I was a bit over confident and started out too fast 🤷♂️ definitely have to find a completely flat route for W8, or do it on the treadmill. Good luck for the next week , I’m sure it won’t too bad 😃👍🏻
