Cant say I’m finding it easy but I am running for 30 minutes only covering just over 2.5 miles instead of 3 which is what 5k equates to but I guess the speed will come in time.
Been doing the Race you pace challenge medals to keep me motivated to run. Month one was hard to reach 25 miles as I decided to only count my running minutes not the walking ones but I did manage it. This month (still only signed up for 25miles) has been easier as there is more running each session but I’ve still only signed up for 25 miles again in March as the next level is 50 miles and that strikes me as a big jump up.
Can any one give advice as to how long it’s likely to be before I can get to 3 - 3 1/2 miles each run after completing the C25K and the best way to build it up - I’ve worked out to cover 50 miles in a month with the days I have available to run that’s the magic number of miles per run I need to achieve.
