My last 4 runs have been in 12 degrees heat, it's hard I know it's not that high just takes a bit of getting used to think I preferred running in -5 . It is beautiful to see the sun especially when out walking the dog 😂😊

another benefit since starting c25 is that i have been getting up earlier.today it was frosty and ideal .i think i will struggle when it warms up . early is my running time
