W8R1 this morning and broke the 4K mark as well as taking my average pace below 7mins/Km
It was close mind at 4.09 but the sense of elation when my running app (Nike Run Club) announced 4K before Michael popped up for the end of the 28 minute session was enormous
Actually finding this easier the further in I get - never imagined I could do this 8 weeks ago

Absolutely - it's given me two targets in effect - first hit the 30 minutes - and then extend that to the 5K afterwards
At the moment feeling really good about the 30 minute target next week
Still feeling amazed at how much I can do now compared to the 'pre-C25K' days - and, in fact, yes I do now feel that I am a runner - although I chuckled when Michael Johnson first said it - but yes, after the initial couple of minutes of getting the mass moving I seem to have settled into a steady pace that works
🎉🎉🎉. Well done you. I’m about the same speed as you in my river side run... quite a bit slower yesterday on my new run route.... it’s got quite a few inclines in it so it slows my down .... but hey I’m happy 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️😊😊
I'm keeping to the same old same old lap at the moment - there is one incline which is short and sharp but that's getting easier now and I prefer to be able to plod along at my steady pace without the pain of going up, or the stress of controlling coming down ! LOL
I'm delighted with where i am since starting the programme - would you have believed we would be this far and this comfortable ? I wouldn't but I think getting through W5R3 easily was a real eye opener
It’s truly amazing and I’m so enjoying every aspect of it.... my turning point was Laura disappearing on me mid run and finding out at the end I’d overrun my allotted time and still felt great. 😂🏃🏼♀️
