Now I'm an official runner (app says so π, when I completed the W6 runs), I thought I would sprint to my finish. As I run on a treadmill, it can get a bit boring, so with tunes blasting - I cranked up the speed by 1.5km/hr and felt like I was winning a marathon! π€£π€£ This running malarkey is getting addictive β€οΈπββοΈβ€οΈπββοΈβ€οΈ Not bad for an old girl who turns 49 in 2 weeks time!

Old girl!!!! A mere youngster...I am 20 years older than you
Huge well done to you.. you RUNNER you!
Any chance of an outdoor run now that the days are lengthening ?
Thanks Oldfloss ππββοΈ Defo planning on running outside soon. Wanted to be able to run for 30 mins without stopping before I attempted it. I have a Parkrun just started in my local town, which is my incentive too. Plus as the weather is getting better now, it's only a matter of time
