A third of the way there. Can’t imagine running 5k but I can see by the posts on this forum that the programme works so going to keep going! Upped my 🐌 pace by .5kph - think the new trainers helped 👟😀

Great job. This plan is all about achieving what was once impossible. It’s very difficult to imagine doing it, as you say. As a graduate I did a 20 minute run the other day, shorter than the end of C25K and while I was running I remembered how impossible 20 minutes was when I started... now it’s pretty easy. Keep doing what you’re doing, and those impossible goals will become challenging goals... and as you’ve proved getting the first third of this done, you’re up for a challenge! Happy running.
