Beautiful morning 😊 out of house and back by 0830. Ran the roads around our local lake today, but more difficult as all tarmac and more short inclined and declines but it went ok. Bit of a twinge on my right side which I’m putting down to the tarmac. Also came across these 2 beauts. Took a couple of pics after I’d finished but I can’t work out how to post 2 together. For sure energized by it, my house gets crazy and husband farms so embracing early runs , I’ll go out Tuesday am for 6 , back and have kids dressed he goes out to feed animals and I leave for work at 8.20 ..... your doing great the longer runs feel like such an accomplishment

5 to go 🙀🙀. Where did the weeks go ? It seems like only last week I was doing my very first jog. I’m loving these mornings with clear bright skies, hoping it will hold out till my last jog of the C25K a week this coming Friday. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️😊
