Nope, not yet. Howard and Hilda are still my trusty mates 😂😂 Having a second scan in two weeks time. Think I got a bit carried away building up my muscle tone when PWB, 💪🏻consultant a wee bit amazed 😲 at the exercise I was doing in the pool. Anyway, back to strict PWB but since I'm only allowed to rest my foot on the ground, it's really NWB again. 🙄 Ho hum, need to take it slow and steady, as we always say on this forum. 😀😀

Have you read April's edition with the report about running while female and the abuse women get while out running, I was shocked there's so much! So,that's why slinky likes running with me!😁

I see that there's some reports in April's men's health mag the Logan special and the man who built Wolverine's body and build arms like Statham, but my biceps are as good as his! Ahem!😁 Looks interesting, I may have a read of that..😊💪

Thats great news Dave! Brilliant😀.

You asked me to let you know how my daughter's recovery and running was going- I am delighted to say that two weeks ago she ran a parkrun! Apart from her first five minutes being a warm up walk she ran the rest! Finished in 36 mins even with the walk. Her kidney transplant was end of October so she has done tremendously well, always building slow and steady through out. She is also now back to full time work, she's a teacher.

We are very very proud of her and tremendously relieved .
