So that's week 6 completed. I am truly amazed that I've done this. I still can't believe that this overweight 59 year old has run, well jogged, for 25 minutes not stop and even speeded up for the last minute. After having no faith whatsoever 8 weeks ago I now know this plan works 😀

Hi, I am 60 and I did W6R2 early this morning. I agree the plan really does work, if someone had told me at Christmas "you can do it" I would never had believed them!

Well done for completing W6!

I found W6 run 3 easier than the first 2 which I found tough. Good luck with it xx
