If you haven’t ran for 4 days would you continue on the run you are supposed to be doing or repeat the run you done last?

No, as long as you completed the requirements of the previous run, move on. Your body should maintain fitness for up to a fortnight, and you may even find that you come back stronger after the odd extended rest. Happy running 😀
As BCK says, just continue where you left off. Sometimes we need a little extra rest to push on to the next level Good luck!

My advice is slightly different - possibly.
If you found your last run a bit of a breeze, then move on and upwards.
If you struggled, repeat it or even repeat the week, There is no shame in that.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and includes the advice that you lose no discernible condition in the first two weeks of non running.
Enjoy your journey.
