2 years ago on 23rd March we went out for the first run of C25K and a change in ourselves that we never expected
So if you are just starting, or somewhere in the middle and wondering why you are doing this, take heart, it’s a wonderful thing to be able to get out and run, we’ve run on the beach in the park and over hills and through woods, we’ve spent more time outside than years before and benefitted from the fresh air and exercise, we don’t run fast and we often don’t run far but the joy it brings to our lives is well worth the effort
Happy running everyone

Congratulations to both of you WillowandSolo on your 2nd runniversary on starting C25K, it's amazing on how many people love running and wish they had begun earlier.
It's going well. I just did a walk with a few gentle jogs between lampposts. It didn't complain.
For my runniversary, when I eventually do my next run, which may be as soon as tomorrow afternoon if I'm feeling up to it, I think I'll redo C25K's W1R1.
We did r1w1 a while ago and today after trying to set up a run on my garmin i got one minute run buzz one minute walk buzz for 30 minutes and no stats to glance at the garmin is still a bit of a mystery
Happy Anniversary!I agree totally. I'm approaching my one year anniversary and I can honestly say discovering a love for running, and having running in my life has been the most amazing thing and it has completely changed things for the better.
For anyone on this journey - keep it up. It is so worth it! 😁
